Who we are

Essenza Models is an OnlyFans account management agency. We use this site to present our service, receive enquiries from creators, and receive applications from people who want to work with us.

For anything related to your data you can write to contacto@essenzamodels.com. We respond within 30 days.

What data we collect

We only collect what you type into the form. We do not buy databases or take information from your social media without you giving it to us.

If you enquire as a creator: name, email address, a link to your profile or social media, the current situation of your account, and anything else you want to tell us.

If you apply for a role: name, age, country of residence, email address and, if you choose to provide them, Discord username and phone number. Also your previous experience, your current occupation and — for the chatter role — the result of a typing test, an optional screenshot of that result, and two writing samples.

We ask for your age because we work with adult content and need to confirm you are over 18. We do not accept applications from minors.

What we use it for

We use the form data solely to reply to you and assess whether we can work together. Nothing else.

We do not send marketing emails unless you expressly ask us to, and we do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in assessing candidates for open roles.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted after 12 months. Unsuccessful applications, after 12 months. If we start working together, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for as long as applicable tax and employment law requires.

You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Who we share it with

With the provider that processes form submissions, which receives the content in order to deliver it to us by email.

With Google, through Google Analytics and Google Ads, and only if you accepted cookies. This does not include what you type into the form: it is aggregated browsing data.

With the provider that hosts the site, which by the nature of its function logs access IP addresses.

Some of these providers are located outside your country. Where that involves transferring data outside the European Economic Area, it is done under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies

The first time you visit we ask whether you accept measurement cookies. Until you answer, and if you answer no, no analytics or advertising cookies are stored: we use Google consent mode, which sends signals without identifiers while there is no authorisation.

Regardless of your answer, we store in your browser your chosen language, light or dark theme, and your cookie decision itself. These are necessary for the site to work and are not used to track you.

You can change your decision at any time by clearing site data from your browser.

Your rights

You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, take it elsewhere, and object to our processing it. Write to contacto@essenzamodels.com and we will resolve it within 30 days.

We do not charge for exercising these rights, nor do we ask you to explain why.

If you live in Argentina and believe we are not compliant, you may file a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública. If you live in the European Union, with your country supervisory authority.

Minors

This site and our services are intended exclusively for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect that we have received data from a minor, we delete it immediately.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date in the header. If the change affects what we use your data for, we ask for your consent again rather than assuming it.
